Syncing 360° Spin Sets

A spin set is a 360° interactive product experience created from your uploaded spin video. Spinlab automatically extracts high-quality frames, optimizes them, and builds a smooth, responsive viewer that lets customers rotate, inspect, and explore your product from every angle - helping increase engagement and buyer confidence without any manual frame processing.

For the best 360° viewing experience, record your product against a clean, neutral background with consistent lighting and a smooth 360° rotation. Upload your video in high resolution, and Spinlab will automatically extract and optimize the frames to create a seamless, interactive product spin - no manual frame preparation required.

Recommended resolution: 1080p (1920 × 1080) or higher. Supported formats: MP4, MOV.

Open the product drawer from the Products page and upload your 360° spin video using the upload flow.

Once uploaded, Spinlab automatically processes the video, extracts frames, and prepares the interactive viewer. Processing time typically takes 30 seconds to 2 minutes, depending on the video size and quality. The product status will remain Processing until your 360° viewer is ready to go live.

To update an existing spin, open the product drawer and upload a new 360° spin video. Spinlab will automatically process the new video and replace the existing spin set once processing is complete.

Your product viewer will update automatically, so no additional setup or republishing is required.
